1. Non-Returnable Products

Dietary supplements and all products in the Temper catalog are classified as non-returnable consumable goods under Indonesian consumer protection law (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen No. 8 Tahun 1999). Once purchased, these products cannot be returned for refund.

2. Reason for Non-Returnable Status

Dietary supplements are consumable products that may have been opened, handled, or stored in conditions we cannot verify after purchase. For health and safety reasons, unopened products cannot be accepted back into inventory or resold. This policy protects consumers from potential contamination or adulteration.

3. Indonesian Regulatory Basis

Indonesian food and supplement regulations classify dietary supplements as food products. Food products, once sold, are generally non-returnable due to hygiene and safety requirements. This aligns with standard retail practices in Indonesia for perishable and consumable items.

4. Product Quality and Guarantee

All products sold through Temper are guaranteed to be authentic, properly stored, and within their expiry dates at the time of sale. We will investigate and provide resolution on a case-by-case basis.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or handling error by Temper, we will replace it at no cost. Provide photographic evidence of the damage and your original purchase confirmation. Replacement products will be shipped after verification.

6. Expiry Date Concerns

If a product arrives with an expiry date sooner than reasonably expected, contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and provide appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation and refund are no longer available. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping partner to locate the package. If the package is lost, Temper will resend the order or provide a full refund.

9. No Refund for Changed Minds
